Order Cancellations
Our featured desk PCs shown on this website are stocked and ready to ship. Orders for in-stock products may be canceled for a full refund before shipment (typically within 24 hours of purchase).
Custom-built or personalized orders may require additional production time and may be canceled only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation requests may be subject to material and labor costs already incurred.
Returns
Because every VUtechPC desk PC is carefully assembled, tested, and packaged, returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged or have verified manufacturing defects.
Returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind are generally not accepted.
Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged:
- Inspect the package before signing whenever possible.
- Take photos of any visible damage.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Defective Products
If your product develops a defect covered under our warranty, please visit our Warranty page and contact us with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos if applicable
Return Authorization
Do not return any product without receiving written return authorization from us.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
